DYNK may use personal data to:

We process personal data only for declared, legitimate and proportionate purposes. Depending on the situation, processing may be based on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, protection of vital interests, or legitimate business interests that do not override your rights.
Directory Listings and Public Information
DYNK may publish factual information about pickleball venues, clubs, coaches, events and related businesses to help people discover and access pickleball. Some listing information may come from public sources or community submissions.
A listing may exist before it is claimed by an authorised representative. Claiming a listing changes who may manage it; it does not necessarily determine whether the listing may appear in the directory.
Personal contact information will not be intentionally published unless it is already public, supplied for publication or otherwise lawfully processed. Listing owners may request corrections through [email protected].
Bookings, Payments and Venue Data
When you make a booking or interact with a venue, relevant booking and contact information may be shared with that venue so it can provide the requested service. The venue may act as a separate personal information controller for information it controls and uses for its own operations.
Payment card, e-wallet or bank information may be collected directly by an authorised payment provider. DYNK may receive transaction status, reference numbers, limited payment details and fraud-prevention information, but should not store full card credentials unless expressly stated.
For venue management software, DYNK may process personal data on behalf of a venue. In that situation, the venue determines why the data is processed and DYNK processes it under the venue’s instructions, applicable agreements and law.
Online Store
For store purchases, DYNK may use customer, order, payment and delivery information to fulfil the order, provide updates, handle returns or support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Relevant information may be shared with payment processors, couriers, fulfilment providers, suppliers or service partners only as reasonably necessary to complete the transaction or provide support.
Community and User Content
Information you post publicly, such as reviews, comments, profile details or community contributions, may be visible to other users and may be shared outside DYNK. Do not publish information you want to keep private.
DYNK may moderate, restrict or remove content to protect users, comply with law and enforce platform rules. Moderation does not create an obligation to review every item before publication.
How We Share Personal Data
DYNK may share personal data with:
- venues, coaches, clubs, event organisers or businesses involved in a service you request;
- payment processors, banks, couriers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communications providers, security vendors and other service providers;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors and business-support providers;
- government agencies, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law;
- a buyer, investor, successor or restructuring partner in connection with a merger, financing, sale or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
- other parties with your direction or consent.
DYNK does not sell personal data as a standalone product. Where commercial data sharing or direct marketing requires consent or a formal agreement, DYNK will follow applicable requirements.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
DYNK may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, account security, preferences, analytics, performance and, where introduced, marketing. Non-essential technologies should be used only with appropriate notice and consent where required.
You may control cookies through browser or device settings. Disabling certain technologies may prevent parts of the platform from working properly.
Data Retention
DYNK keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal requirements and defend legal claims.
Retention periods differ by data type. When data is no longer required, DYNK will delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to backups, legal holds and technical limitations.
Data Security
DYNK uses reasonable organisational, physical and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved. These may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, backups, monitoring, staff or contractor controls and vendor review.
No internet service is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords, devices and account access and should notify DYNK promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
International Processing
Some service providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, DYNK will use reasonable contractual, security and organisational safeguards and remains accountable for personal data under its control as required by law.
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its implementing rules and other applicable law, you may have rights to:
- be informed about the processing of your personal data;
- access personal data DYNK holds about you;
- object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;

- request erasure, blocking or restriction where legally available;
- obtain data portability where applicable;
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing; and

To make a request, contact [email protected]. DYNK may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information to document and respond to the request.

DYNK services are not intended for children to create independent commercial accounts unless permitted by the platform and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Where personal data of a minor is required for an event, programme or family activity, DYNK and the relevant organiser should obtain appropriate consent and limit collection to what is necessary.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided or contact DYNK to update your preferences. DYNK may still send non-promotional messages needed to operate accounts, orders, bookings, security or legal notices.
